Republican women host Christmas social

Susquehanna County Federation of Republican Women President Stacie Telnock with her committee, Mary Evans and Cathy Benedict hosted the SCFRW’s Christmas celebration.
Held at the Green Gables on Sunday, Dec. 6, with 70 people attending, Telnock introduced elected county officials: Commissioner Michael Giangrieco, Treasurer Cathy Benedict, Prothonotary Susan Eddleston, Register and Recorder Mary Evans, Sheriff Lance Benedict and Coroner Tony Conarton; also County Chairman Ray Telnock, “C” Club President Ryan Stalker and Past SCFRW President Donna Cosmello.
Spending the afternoon with county Republicans were Sens. Lisa Baker and Gene Yaw and Reps. Sandra Major and Tina Pickett.
Pa. Federation Regional Director for Pike, Wayne and Monroe Counties Judy Murphy and Regional Director for Lackawanna, Luzerne, Susquehanna and Wyoming Counties Karen Lilik along with Wyoming County Chair Fran Dewitt and Wayne County Chair Frank Golden attended and along with the party faithful enjoyed the bountiful buffet.
Christmas baskets and other items donated by the elected officials and members of the county committee were raffled off as the social came to an end.
