Man assaulted by home invaders

share thisA 60-year-old Susquehanna County man was assaulted and robbed by two men at his home Sunday, state police at Gibson said.
The men forced their way into Robert Laman's residence along Route 858 in Apolacan Twp. when he answered a knock at his front door about 10:40 p.m., state police said.
After punching and kicking the victim, the men bound his hands and feet with tape before taking money, a 12-gauge shotgun and other items, police said.
Laman was treated at Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton, N.Y.
