A Hop Bottom man, already in the Susquehanna County jail, faces additional charges of burglary in three separate incidents involving the theft of guns last spring.

State Police Trooper Craig Purdum said that Richard John Feduchak Jr., 23, of RR1, Hop Bottom, allegedly removed guns and other items in Lenox Township.
On May 31, Feduchak is alleged to have entered a house on SR 2073 through a locked basement and removed three guns, a tree stand, hunting knife and binoculars.
On June 8, he is alleged to have entered a Bennett Road residence by breaking a rear door window, and subsequently removed eight guns, a 5-gallon bottle containing change and a mink coat.
On June 16, Feduchak is alleged to have entered a home on Township Road 396 through a first floor window and removed two rifles, a shotgun, a paint ball gun and a pellet gun.
According to a crimninal complaint, Feducahak was interviewed on Nov. 10 after consultation with his attorney and allegedly confessed to committing all three burglaries.
He stated to police that he sold the guns for drugs in Scranton. Feduchak has a preliminary hearing scheduled for Dec. 29 before Magisterial District Judge Suzanne Brainard.
